Monique Kaplan

I started my career as a junior art director at Ogilvy Johannesburg. Since then, I’ve been lucky enough to work in South Africa, Australia and most recently the USA, collaborating on some of the world’s most iconic brands including Volkswagen, Mars Wrigley, Jack Daniel’s, Bayer and Prestige Health.

The work I’ve been privileged to be part of (cue humble brag) has racked up some fancy awards – think Cannes Grand Prix, a D&AD Yellow Pencil, a One Show Gold, numerous Clios and the Grand Effie. My work has even popped up in places like The New York Times, The Today Show, CNN, The Telegraph and, most notably, my family’s WhatsApp group.

I love ideas. The simpler the better.
