Sydney is a Junior Talent Manager at multi-award winning Talent Management Agency SHFT who represent an incredible roster of creators - from published authors, illustrators, luxury travel & fashion creators, chefs and more! Her work at SHFT focuses on advocating for the fair treatment of creators, and liaising with brands and agencies to bring exceptional campaigns to life!
Sydney is also the Founder of Make The Jump - a non-profit dedicated to empowering Asian creatives through their bi-annual 6-week mentorship programme. After starting her career in marketing at the University of Portsmouth and moving to education, she saw first-hand how the lack of role models and representation impacted her community and influenced career choices from GCSE to postgraduate level. Her passion lies in opening doors for underrepresented talent and breaking barriers to entry into creative spaces.
